There are 6 pre-conference workshops, taking place on 14th November 2018 at various venues across the Mumbai city. We will be arranging shuttle service from Hotel Grand Hyatt Kalina to respective Workshop venues and back in the evening at the end of the workshop.

The Climate of Mumbai is a tropical wet and dry climate. Mumbai's climate can be best described as moderately hot with high level of humidity. The mean daily maximum temperature will be around 33.4 °C.
Entire venue of the congress is Air Conditioned.
The recommended dress code for the conference is Formals/Smart Casuals. We would appreciate if you come in Indian traditional dress for Banquet on 17th November.
Please wear your name badge during all conference events. Your badge contains your QR code which allows you access to scientific sessions, Exhibition Site, All meals and gift counter. Participants will receive their name badge at the Registration counter.
Delegates/ Faculty will have access to scientific areas only against Badge.
CME Certificates for Pre-conference workshop will be given on the same day, at the end of the workshop.
Conference Certificate has to be collected from the Trade Pavilion in the Grand Lawns of Hotel Grand Hyatt, Kalina on Sunday, 18th November 2018.
Please note your certificates will be given strictly against your signature on the MMC attendance sheet.
A slide Preview Desk is available for speakers in Boardroom 1. It is mandatory to prepare presentations in PowerPoint (Windows or Mac) on USB pen drives or memory sticks. Presenters should upload their slides a minimum of two hours prior to their schedule presentation time. Personal Laptops are not allowed.

The Drawing Room is available for faculty to relax, interact and for tea / lunch breaks.
The Trade pavilion is located in the Grand Lawns of Hotel Grand Hyatt, Kalina.
Lunch will be served in the Grand Lawns
Round the clock Tea/ Coffee will be in the Grand Lawns.
Tea/ Coffee will be served in Pre Function area & Courtyard area during the Tea/Coffee Break.
The poster session will be held from 15th - 17th Nov in the Grand Lawns from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Poster presentation will happen between 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm from 15th – 17th Nov.
Certificates for Best Poster will be awarded in public at the closing ceremony on Sunday i.e. 18th Nov 2018 between 12:30 to 1:30 pm.
Inauguration ceremony starts at 6 pm in the Grand ballroom on 15th November 2018. It will be followed by a Musical Recital by Rahul Sharma post which Cocktails will be served.
Banquet Dinner starts at 7.30 pm on 17th November 2018 in the Grand Ballroom. The theme of the Banquet is an Indian Baazar .The recommended Dress Code for the evening is INDIAN Wear. There will be a performance by the Shiamak Davar Performing Arts’ Troupe till 9 pm post which Dinner will be served. DJ Music shall continue till midnight.
The use of mobile phones is prohibited during the scientific sessions. Participants are kindly requested to keep mobile phones turned off during the scientific sessions. I ncase a participant is found recording the session on his/her phone they may be asked to leave the Hall.
As per ICNA guidelines NO VIDEO RECORDING / PHOTOGRAPHY of any Presentations will be allowed. The entire proceedings will be uploaded on icnapedia.
For the comfort and health of all participants, smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. In accordance with the local regulations, this conference follows a strict no – smoking policy. Therefore, participants are kindly requested to refrain from smoking in the conference and Trade area. There is a designated Smoking Area in the Hotel.
The organizer does not arrange transports for participants. We recommend using UBER, OLA, or Yellow & Black taxi. These taxi services have an in-house counter inside the Domestic/ International airport.

The working hours of most stores in Mumbai are 11.00 am – 9.00 pm from Monday to Saturday; some of them are also open on Sunday. Shopping in Mumbai is an experience in itself.
Due to safety and fire regulations, doors will be closed to all session rooms that fill to capacity.
